The team at the Rothesay site run by customer service firm Webhelp UK has been shortlisted for two more top industry awards.
The Rothesay team has been nominated for the ‘best outsourcing partnership’ and ‘best customer experience centre of the year’ prizes at the CCA Excellence Awards, to be presented in London in November.
The judging panel said they were impressed with Webhelp’s customer centric culture, its efforts to lead the way in customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

The company’s Rothesay site was nominated earlier this year for the ‘best customer experience’ prize in the ‘small contact centre’ category at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
