The sun shone on members of the Rotary Club of Rothesay at St Ninian’s Bay on Monday, April 14, as they picked, dragged and bagged all sorts of debris and litter deposited there mainly by the winter storms.

The beach and it’s hinterland was cleaned all the way out to St Ninian’s chapel and an impressive pile of rubbish was left for collection by Beachwatch Bute, the local charity which seeks to improve our island’s coastline.
