The owner of a Rothesay restaurant has been fined for breaching cleanliness standards on his premises.

Argyll and Bute Council environmental health officer Richard Gorman told the meeting that Patrik Jedrol had been fined £500 at Greenock Sheriff Court on August 6 - but that standards had improved since the 2012 breaches, and the relatively small fine reflected that improvement.
