Argyll and Bute Council is looking for foster carers in Bute and Cowal who can look after a child or children while plans are made for their future.

When children for whatever reason cannot depend on their own family for care, it is often to foster carers they turn for the loving, stable home they desperately need. Foster carers can make such a crucial difference in the lives of young people struggling to make sense of and recover from difficult family experiences.

Carers come from all walks of life. If you have children’s interests at heart, are over 21 and would like to play a vital part in giving a kind and supportive upbringing to children whose young lives have been difficult, you could be a great foster carer.
