Staff at a Rothesay hair and beauty salon turned the clock back to the 1970s for charity on Christmas Eve.

The team at Nadia’s Hair and Beauty in Bridge Street has been donning fancy dress every December 24 for the last decade, and this year they chose to dress up as punk rockers to raise cash for the Yorkhill Children’s Charity.

All the costumes were made by local resident Margaret Williams - and judging by the expressions on the team’s faces when we visited the salon, the outfits stand a decent chance of getting a more-than-once-in-a-lifetime outing...
