Property owners in Rothesay and Port Bannatyne are being asked to take part in a survey about building maintenance, with the chance to win a £50 voucher to be spent in the store of their choice.

Now that many Rothesay buildings have been greatly improved, thanks to the Townscape Heritage Initiative, the Rothesay THI would like to find out how they can help owners across Rothesay and in the village of Port Bannatyne to keep buildings maintained to save owners money and to keep these areas looking attractive.

Rothesay Townscape Heritage is looking for options that support local businesses while providing an affordable service for owners.

In the long term it is hoped that the combination of a smart looking town and a rejuvenated Discovery Centre will persuade visitors to spend a little longer in Rothesay on their way around the island.

Property owners in Rothesay and Port Bannatyne can help with this project - and win a £50 shopping voucher - by taking part in a confidential online survey about the help they would like with maintenance.

The draw will be made on December 19, 2016.
