Rothesay Academy pupil Chloe Woolcott has seen herfledgling modelling career grow in leaps and bounds after her debut appearance at London Fashion Week last month.

Fifteen-year-old Chloe modelled new designs by Luna Sky and Omar Mansoor on the London catwalk in September after winning the public vote in the Top Model UK competition in March.

Since then she has taken part in the British Top Designers awards, Liverpool Fashion Week and, on Saturday, in the Scottish Top Designers awards in Glasgow, as well as appearing in magazines and on Fashion TV.

And there’s more to come: on November 17 Chloe will return to London for Pakistan Fashion Week, and in January she’s going to Paris with new Japanese designer Mashato, while Chloe and her parents Ian and Carol are talking to Obvious magazine in Los Angeles about taking Chloe’s career to a new level, re-branding her website, mentoring her through Skype and even giving her fashion homework!

“It’s crazy - I’ve only been doing it for a year,” Chloe, who’s also a house captain at Rothesay Academy, where she’s currently studying for five Highers, told The Buteman.

“I didn’t expect to go so far so quickly - I have to manage my time carefully to fit in modelling alongside my schoolwork.”

* More on Chloe’s blossoming modelling career in the new issue of The Buteman - on sale from Thursday, November 1.
