The draw for the early rounds of the 2016 Camanachd Cup has handed Bute’s first team a home tie against National Division rivals Inverness.
The two clubs will lock horns at the Meadows on Saturday, April 2 in the only preliminary round tie in this year’s tournament.
The winner of the tie will be away to Beauly in the first round proper on Saturday, May 7.

Preliminary round (Saturday, April 2) - Bute v Inverness.
First round (Saturday, May 7) - Caberfeidh v Glenorchy, Beauly v Bute/Inverness, Inveraray v Ballachulish, Oban Celtic v Strathglass, Taynuilt v Glasgow Mid Argyll, Kilmallie v Aberdour.
The draw for the second round - the stage at which the sport’s Premiership big guns enter the tournament - will be made after the first round ties have been completed.
