A jumble sale organised to clear as many items as possible out of the old Rothesay Pavilion provided a final chance to look round the much-loved building before advance building works begin.
Saturday’s event raised more than £900 towards the regeneration project, but there are still a few items left - glasses, some crockery, plastic stacking chairs and some Formica top tables - and a few days left in which to clear the building.
If you think you could make use of any of the remaining items, contact Julia Twomlow, chief executive of the Rothesay Pavilion Charity, on email@example.com or 07841 286346.
A contract for advance works on the property is due to be awarded very soon; those works will last until the summer, with the contract for the main work being awarded shortly thereafter.
The refurbished Pavilion is due to open its doors in the spring or early summer of 2018.
