Rothesay couple John and Raemarie Lilley are Slimming World’s 2015 Mr Sleek and Miss Slinky for Rothesay - after losing almost 10 stones in weight between them in the course of a year.
The couple will now go forward to the national finals of the 2015 competition - with a £2,000 prize up for grabs for the eventual winner.
John said: “We’d been contemplating making a real effort to lose weight for a few years and we’ve had a lot of support from the class and from our family.
“We brought our daughter Nicola along too - I’m not a great cook but Nicola has been making loads of lovely stuff for us.”
