Bute is on the up - and there are more and more reasons to be positive about the future of the island’s economy.
That was the message delivered by VisitBute chairman Andy Walters at the organisation’s annual meeting in Rothesay this week.
Speaking to the biggest ever audience at a VisitBute AGM, Mr Walters said: “Positivity seems to be the mood of the island at the moment.
“Bute has a lot going for it, and there’s a lot happening. If we can put the negativity aside and relentlessly push the island’s positives, we can all spread the message about what a wonderful place we live in.”
