The Rothesay contact centre run by customer experience firm Webhelp UK has won a top prize at the inaugural UK Employee Experience Awards.
The Rothesay site took home a silver award in the ‘Best Contact Centre’ category, while the company’s corporate culture won it a silver award in the ‘Best for Learning and Development’ category.
The ceremony was held in London on Friday, March 27.
