Are you planning to wear a fairy costume for Halloween this year? If so, then why not consider lending or even donating it to a happy home once the fancy dress season has passed?

That happy home will be the team behind Bute’s Christmas pantomime, a joint effort between Achievement Bute and the Bute Amateur Players.

They’re in desperate need of both child and adult fairy costumes for their forthcoming production of Sleeping Beauty, to be performed at Rothesay Pavilion on December 20 and 21, and are hoping that readers of The Buteman might be able to help them in their quest.

If you have a fairy costume you’d be happy to give or to lend to the cause, just take it along to Achievement Bute’s office on the ground floor at 9 Castle Street, Rothesay - or call the charity on (01700) 505558 and they’ll arrange for someone to pick it up if required.
