Bute panto rehearsals start tonight

This year's Bute community pantomime has a hard act to follow after 2014's hugely successful production of Robin Hood, featuring, among others, Gary Haworth as the Sheriff of Nottingham.

The first rehearsal for this year’s Bute community pantomime takes place at Rothesay Joint Campus tonight (Tuesday) - but there’s still time for you to get involved.

While the principal parts in the panto - which will, once again, be a joint effort, staged by Bute Amateur Players and Achievement Bute - have already been cast, there are still openings available for supporting roles, in the chorus and in the backstage crew too.

Adults and children alike are welcome to come along and show an interest in taking part - the Players’ AGM takes place alongside tonight’s rehearsal at 7pm.
