Children from all three Bute primary schools joined forces to perform a specially-composed ‘Christmas Cantata’ in Rothesay on Friday.

The P4-P7 pupils from Rothesay, North Bute and St Andrew’s showed off the results of several weeks of hard work practising the six pieces in the locally-composed cantata, written by island residents Malcolm Alexander and Tony Spencer.
