Twelve-year-old Rothesay primary pupil Beth has entered Hamilton Park’s Got Talent 2013 competition, which seeks to find Scotland’s next big entertainment sensation – and she needs your help.

Beth has submitted her video audition to the Lanarkshire racecourse’s Facebook page and needs as many people as possible to ‘like’ it, as the ten videos which have received the most ‘likes’ will be invited to perform at the final.

A judging panel on the day will then select the overall winner of the competition, run in conjunction with 102.5 Clyde 1, who will be rewarded with a cash prize of £500 plus a ‘Breakfast with Clyde’ package which includes the chance to meet the ‘Bowie at Breakfast’ team and take a tour of the station.

Beth said: “It would be great if you could help me out and would be really appreciated. This would mean so much to me and would be an awesome experience. Please share this posting with as many people as possible.”
