A fantastic evening of live music was held on Saturday night in the hall of St Paul’s Church in Rothesay, all with one aim in mind - to raise money and awareness of men’s health issues.

Organised by ‘And Then Some Events’, the night ‘Cocktails, Music and Mos II’ saw musicians from both the mainland and island take to the stage for the second year running to support the national campaign ‘Movember’, which asks men to grow moustaches during November as a conversation starter to get people talking about men’s health.

A raffle, offering goodies donated from local businesses, helped boost the coffers on the night, and there was also an opportunity for those who are ‘tache impaired’ to get in on the action with a range of weird and wonderful moustaches available to buy.
