Members of the public are invited to attend a meeting to look at ways of saving the old West Church building in Argyle Street.

Organised by a community group keen to save the building from demolition - it has lain empty and increasingly derelict since the late 1970s and has been fenced off for more than a year on safety grounds - all are welcome to attend the meeting on Tuesday, February 3 at 7pm in Rothesay Pavilion.

The meeting will also formally constitute the group in order that it can apply for funding.
