The annual exhibition of work by members of the Bute Arts Club was opened to the public at Rothesay Pavilion on Saturday.

The exhibition showcases works in oils, watercolours, acrylics, pencil and a variety of other media created by the club’s members over the last 12 months, as well as a selection of beautiful craft work and fine photographs.

Visitors can also find out about the history of the club, which was started 40 years ago and continues to go from strength to strength.

The exhibition is open from 10.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday, and from 2pm to 4.30pm on Sundays, until August 18.
