Football: Stirling defeat ends Brandanes’ year on low note

Rothesay Brandane fell to a 6-0 defeat away to Stirling University in the island club’s final fixture of 2012.

The loss brings the year to an end on a disappointing note for the Rothesay side following a mini-revival in November and early December which saw the team win three games in a row on home soil.

The Brandanes return to action in January after the Christmas and New Year break.
