Graham McArthur won the Lord Robertson Medal in Bute Golf Club’s annual medal finals competition on Saturday with a net score of 62.
McArthur, playing off a handicap of six, had a four-shot margin of victory in the first class section of the competition, and also returned the best gross score of the day in the form of a round of 68.
The Lord Emslie Medal, for players in the second division category, was won by Stuart Wilson with an excellent net 60 (76-16).
Winners of the extra medal, played on the same day for those not in the medal playoff competitions, were Robert McKirdy with 67 (73-6) in division one and Richie Smith with 65 (85-20) in division two.
