Joe Livingstone continued his great run of recent form by winning the Rover Cup at Port Bannatyne Golf Club on Saturday.

Livingstone’s gross 71, less 11 for a net score of 60, gives him another very healthy handicap cut, since the CSS for the day was 65.

The winner of the Port Open title last month, Livingstone enjoyed a four-shot margin of victory on Saturday, with Robert McArthur’s net 64 (88-24) earning him second place.

McArthur, however, went one better on Sunday, winning the Lavender Centenary Trophy with a net 70 (94-24).
