After six weeks, the rolliover pot was finally lifted by Ewan McTaggart.

Finally after six weeks, a two was scored this week at the rollover 4th hole on Rothesay Golf Course, with Ewan McTaggart holing his chip to score a two net one and score 4 points and finally lift the rollover pot.

Ironically, though, Angus Murray also scored a two at this week’s nominated hole - the 18th - which means that the ‘twos money’ will be back at the 4th hole next week.

This week’s winners, with a score of 46 points, were Tommy Duncan, fresh from a two week break in Tenerife, and Richard Dunn. After reaching the turn in 22 points which included a four pointer at the 7th hole, Richard and Tommy birdied the 10th,12th,13th and 15th holes for a back nine of 24 points.

Second place this week went to Bob McKechnie and Donnie McDermid with a score of 43 points, 21 out and 22 back.
