Bute 3, Kyles 3

A FINE second half performance by Bute earned them a well deserved draw at the Meadows last Wednesday afternoon in a game against a well drilled Kyles side.
The Bute team made hard work of the game in the first half, and despite having the majority of the possession were 3-0 down at half time.

But the islanders came out strongly in the second half, creating many chances, though they just could not get the ball into the back of the net.

However, with ten minutes to go the Bute team spurred into action and three goals in quick succession provided the result that they very much deserved.

Bute's man of the match award went to Ben Clarke, who worked tirelessly, against much larger opposition, througout the whole game.
The Bute youth team trains on Mondays after school at Rothesay Joint Campus and is coached by Davie MacDonald.
