Get Around for a Pound in the October Break

McGill’s bus service, launches its school holiday ‘Get Around for a Pound’ child ticket this week. From Saturday, October 12, kids can enjoy unlimited travel on any McGill’s bus within the local area for only £1 until Monday, October 21.

Isabelle Murray, McGill’s marketing and communications manager said: “McGill’s is delighted to bring back its £1 kids ticket for the October school holidays. In Inverclyde, under-16s can enjoy unlimited travel across the entire local network until 7pm.

“So if you want to make the most of the days before winter finally arrives, our Get Around for a Pound offer is just the ticket!”

Isabelle added: “McGill’s Go!Zone two and three child day tickets are valid for traveling within the local area – a great and affordable way to get out and about with the family over the holidays. Our extensive Inverclyde network of services means there will be a McGill’s bus to get you to wherever you want to go in the local area.”
