Rothesay Academy pupil Jamie Murray is standing for election to the Scottish Youth Parliament.

Rothesay Academy pupil Jamie Murray has spoken to The Buteman this week about his hopes of being elected to the Scottish Youth Parliament.

Jamie hoping to follow in the footsteps of former Academy pupil David McLaughlin, who was elected for a two-year term in March 2013 but is not standing again.
