Rothesay police are appealing for information after a vehicle parked in a town centre street had one of its tyres slashed in broad daylight.

The incident happened in King Street, near the junction with Tower Street, between 2.15pm and 4.30pm on Thursday, April 14.

Anyone with information about the incident is advised to dial 101 and ask for Rothesay police office.

In a separate incident, a dark grey Ford Focus parked in Marine Place in Ardbeg had its paintwork scratched between 4.30pm on April 14 and noon the next day.

In this case anyone with information can dial 101 and ask for Constable Davidson in Rothesay.

In a third vandalism incident in Rothesay this week, a set of garage doors in Argyle Terrace was spray-painted between 10.30pm on Saturday, April 16 and 2pm the next day; any information on the incident can be passed to Constable Ross at Rothesay police office.
