THE public on Bute are to have the chance to debate whether to continue allowing vehicles to park on the Rothesay promenade at an open meeting in the town.
Following a survey of opinion carried out over the last month, members of Bute Community Council decided this week to organise a public meeting to discuss the subject.
A date and venue for the public meeting have yet to be decided, although we’ll publicise the details as soon as they’re announced. In the meantime, we’re continuing our online poll on the issue – now accessible on the front page of this site as well as to the right of this story.
You can also let us know whether you think the idea is a good or bad one by registering or signing in and adding your comments below.
