Planning permission is being sought in principle for the erection of two dwelling houses at Lanerly Garth on the edge of Rothesay.

The applicants for the hillside site, near the top of Serpentine Road, are Mr Anthony Lambertini and Mrs Helen Lambertini or McLachlan.

The application divides the site, which is owned by the applicants, into two sections: one of 750 square metres, suitable for a house with a floor area of 135 square metres, and the second of 1,190 square metres for a house of 380 square metres.

The application can be viewed by clicking here and typing Lanerly in the ‘Search’ box. The deadline for public comments is Friday, November 13.
