Pupils, parents and staff at North Bute Primary School in Port Bannatyne created a ‘walking bus’ on Monday as part of a week of zero-carbon activities at the school.

The ‘walking bus’ - named after the effect of a line of people in their high-visibility vests, a little like a bright yellow school bus - was organised, along with the rest of the week’s activities, by the school’s eco group, healthy living group and pupil council.

The group is pictured at the foot of Ardmory Road in Ardbeg.
