Vintage Club present cheque of £1250 to Waverley

Today, on the Waverley’s last sailing of 2012, Bute Vintage Club made a very special presentation to the Captain of the world’s last sea-going paddel steamer, Ian Clark - a cheque for £1250.

Robert McKirdy made the presentation as Waverley berthed at Rothesay Pier this afternoon, along with other representatives from Bute Vintage Club, as a donation raised from funds from this year’s Road Run event.
