Three men were charged with a statutory breach of the peace following a disturbance in Rothesay's town centre.

 

Three males, aged between 18 and 20, were arrested following a disturbance in Rothesay’s Victoria Street at around 1.15am on Sunday.

All three were charged with a statutory breach of the peace, while one was also charged with resisting arrest, one with obstructing police and one with assaulting a police officer by spitting on him.
