Rothesay toy shop goes out in style with toy donation
Rothesay Playgroup manager Mandy Spear with a Dalek, part of a donation of toys worth around �200 made by local toy shop Orange Banana ahead of its closure later this month.
A Rothesay toy shop will close its doors for the last time later this month - but is going out on a high note by donating some of its stock to a local playgroup.
Orange Banana in Victoria Street made the donation, worth some £200, to Rothesay Playgroup in the town’s Union Street.
Playgroup manager Mandy Spear is pictured with one of the donated toys, a red-and-black Dalek from the Doctor Who TV series.
