Lauren’s weekend to remember in Paris
LAUREN MILLER, a seven-year-old pupil at North Bute Primary in Port Bannatyne, is just back from a weekend to remember in Paris, where she travelled with her familyt to a glittering awards ceremony after her school bag design was chosen as the UK winner in a Europe-wide contest run by the Vertbaudet fashion house.
The Millers also enjoyed the attractions in the Jardin d’Acclimatation, venue for the awards ceremony, a trip up the Eiffel Tower and a tour of many of the French capital’s most famous sights.
Mum Michele said: “We are all so proud of Lauren and her achievements, and want to thank Vertbaudet for making the prize so memorable for years to come.”
