High marks for Bute firm in care inspection
A Bute-based care firm has passed with flying colours after a short-notice inspection by the Care Inspectorate..
On ahe grading scale which runs from 1 (unsatisfactory) to 6 (excellent), two of the three criteria marked for Careplus were rated at level 6, and the third received a grading of level 5.The report states: “Careplus provides a person centred and outcome focused service. Management and staff are enthusiastic and are keen to provide the best quality of service they can.
“Service users, relatives and staff are regularly consulted on the quality of the service and ways to improve it.”
