Local children take a break from trampolining during Active Schools' October holiday activity programme in Rothesay.

The Active Schools programme run by Argyll and Bute Council has had a busy time during the first half of the island’s October school holiday fortnight.

Indoor sporting activities at Rothesay Joint Campus formed a large part of the week-long programme, with trampolining a particular favourite, although there were outings to Ettrick Bay, Mount Stuart and the public park in Rothesay too.

For more pictures from a busy week see the new issue of The Buteman - on sale from Thursday, October 18.
