Entries for ACHA's garden competition must be in no later than August 1.

Tenants of Argyll Community Housing Association are now being invited to submit their entries for this year’s garden competition.

There are separate competitions for Bute and Cowal, and tenants can enter their own gardens or choose to nominate a neighbour. Entry forms are available the Rothesay office.

Last year’s winners received the prestigious Bute and Cowal shield, as well as garden centre vouchers.

Alastair MacGregor, ACHA’s Chief Executive, said: “The standard has been very high in previous years and we expect the same this year. It is always great to see the effort that goes into garden maintenance and the variety of flowers.”

Entries are judged by the Bute and Cowal Area Committee and the competition closes on August 1.
