Have your say

Tonight (Wednesday) is your only chance to catch all Argyll and Bute’s Holyrood candidates together on Bute before polling day on May 5 - and to quiz them on the issues that matter to you in the Scottish Parliament election.

The Liberal Democrats’ Alan Reid, Donald Cameron for the Conservatives, Labour’s Mick Rice and the SNP’s Michael Russell are all fighting for your votes - and all four will be present at The Buteman’s hustings in Rothesay on Wednesday night.

If you’re on Bute and want to hear what they have to say, get along to the United Church of Bute’s church centre in High Street tonight.

The event starts at 7pm - admission is free, and there’s no need to submit questions in advance.

If you can’t make it to the event in person, you can watch a live stream at democracylive.scot - where the meeting will also be available for playback afterwards.

More from the Rothesay hustings on this site over the next few days - and in the April 22 issue of The Buteman too!
