Has your property been damaged as a result of flooding? If so, help may be at hand.

The Scottish Government has announced funding for people affected by severe flooding events that have taken place between July 1, 2015, and March 31, 2016.

As a result, local authorities may be able to provide a grant of £1,500 to households, businesses or community groups directly affected by inundation of their property.

In addition a flat rate grant payment of £3,000 may be paid to businesses which have been severely impacted.
