The owners of a Rothesay holiday park are seeking approval to establish an amenity centre and tearoom on the site.

The Burns Stewart Partnership has applied to Argyll and Bute Council for planning permission for the development at the Roseland Holiday Park on Canada Hill, which would involve the alteration and extension of the building in the picture above.

The park already offers accommodation in caravans, lodges, ‘glamping’ pods and a three-bedroomed bungalow.
