A Rothesay woman has raised more than £6,000 for the fight against multiple sclerosis by climbing all 282 of Scotland’s Munros.

Caroline Shaw completed her epic three-year challenge with an ascent of Ben Lomond in October last year, but her final fund-raising total of £6,321 - and 60 pence - for the MS Society has only this week been confirmed.

The total comfortably beats Caroline’s original fund-raising target of £5,000 - congratulations Caroline, and a big pat on the back to all who gave their support to her cause!
