Pupils and staff at St Andrew’s Primary School in Rothesay got ready for bed a little earlier than usual on Thursday - by wearing pyjamas and onesies to raise money for Children in Need.

The pupils’ colourful nightwear contrasted sharply with their usual smart blue school sweaters as they got behind Pudsey Bear’s annual appeal at a cake stall during the morning break - we can particularly recommend the dark chocolate crispie cake!

More from Bute’s Children in Need efforts to come over the next few days - if you’re doing anything unusual to raise cash for the appeal, we’d love to hear about it! Call 01700 502503 to let us know about your event, or share your own pictures with us by emailing them to news@buteman.com.
