The new head teacher at Rothesay Joint Campus says there is a “thirst for change and improvement” among both pupils and staff at Rothesay Academy.
Julie Fisher told the Academy’s annual prize-giving on Friday that she was “confident and excited” about the future of the school and the potential for its pupils to achieve the best for themselves.
“I am extremely ambitious for the pupils of Rothesay Joint Campus, and indeed our staff,” she said.
“As such I have very high expectations of what they will achieve academically and more widely - and I will be rigorous to ensure that we leave every door of opportunity open to them.”
