A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after he crashed his vehicle into traffic lights in Rothesay’s Victoria Street.

The incident took place at 12.45am on Sunday, July 10.

The man was held in custody pending an appearance at Greenock Sheriff Court, and police seized his vehicle which may be subject to forfeiture by the court service.
