Four people have been charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act after a series of searches were carried out at properties in Rothesay over a two-day period.

A 43-year-old man has been charged with the supply of a controlled substance after a search of a property in Albert Place on May 12, while a 43-year-old man has been charged with possession as a result of a search of a property on Caledonia Walk on the same day.

Also on May 12, a 34-year-old man was charged with possession after a quantity of drugs was found at a property in Broadcroft Lane, while the following day saw a 37-year-old woman charged with possession after a quantity of amphetamines was found at a property in Mansefield Place.
