Rothesay police probe mountain bike theft

Police in Rothesay are appealing for information from the public on two separate incidents in the town - the theft of a bicycle in Ladeside Place and a man being subjected to threats and verbal abuse in Mountstuart Road.

Police in Rothesay are appealing for information from the public on two separate incidents in the town - the theft of a bicycle in Ladeside Place and a man being subjected to threats and verbal abuse in Mountstuart Road.

 

Police in Rothesay are seeking information about the theft of a mountain bike from a garden in the town.

The bike, which is maroon and orange in colour, was stolen from a garden in Ladeside Place between 6pm on Saturday, August 23 and 12 noon the following day.

In a separate witness appeal, police are keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard an incident in Mountstuart Road at 11.55am on Friday, August 22 in which a man was confronted by another man and subjected to threats and verbal abuse.
