Rothesay police appeal for dog bite witnesses

Police in Rothesay are appealing for witnesses to a report of a 15-year-old boy having been bitten by a black and white dog on the outskirts of the town.

The incident is believed to have occurred in the Canada Hill area at around 2.15pm on Friday, April 25. Anyone with information is asked to contact Constable Robin Bond at Rothesay police office or via Police Scotland’s 101 non-emergency phone number.

Meanwhile, police are also looking for witnesses after a set of extendable aluminium ladders was stolen from Dewar Avenue in Rothesay between 7pm on April 20 and 5pm on April 21; again, anyone with information can dial 101 and ask for Rothesay police office.
