Towards Zero Carbon Bute and Ballochgoy Family Project, with Visit Scotland, hosted an Easter Egg Hunt on Good Friday, with the starting point at the Isle of Bute Discovery Centre.

Parents and children queued up for their maps and clues, before rushing off in all directions across the town in search of the elusive Easter eggs.

For those with a creative streak, there were prizes for the best decorated boiled egg and Easter bonnet.
