Forty-six food and craft exhibitors, visitors numbering well into the thousands, an array of exciting attractions and a weekend of warm, sunny weather contributed to making the 2013 eatBute festival a big success story.

The festival, now in its sixth year, began with appetising starters at Rothesay Joint Campus and Bute Produce on Friday afternoon - but the main event was at Mount Stuart on Saturday and Sunday, when crowds packed the lawn in front of the ‘big house’ to sample and buy food and crafts from throughout Bute, Argyll and beyond and to soak up the atmosphere of the event.
