Webhelp UK's Rothesay site has been nominated for the 'Best Contact Centre' prize at the inaugural UK Employee Experience Awards.

The Rothesay contact centre run by Webhelp UK has been nominated for a top prize at the inaugural UK Employee Experience Awards.

The Rothesay nomination, for ‘best contact centre’ is one of two Webhelp nominations at the awards, taking place in London on March 27.

The other nomination, for ‘best for talent management and development’, comes after Webhelp invested in creating an innovative, design-led working environment, in partnership with creative IT solutions business, Jigsaw24.

Stuart Knapper, senior operations manager of the Rothesay site, said: “The team here at Webhelp Rothesay are absolutely over the moon with this nomination. We’re a tight knit group that strives to provide a first class customer experience every time, so it’s fantastic to be recognised in this way.”
